Remanufacturing services outline
Disassembly/Inspection
Our remanufacturing process always starts with
complete disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning. Followed by detailed inspection
of shafts, hubs and other reusable portions of the assembly. Any problems are
identified here, corrective actions are taken to restore the assembly to “as
new” or “better than new” condition.
Reassembly
During reassembly, critical components are
replaced with new parts that either meet or in many cases exceed OEM
specifications. This includes gears, leadscrews, bearings, stepper motors,
o-rings and seals. We use semiconductor grade synthetic lubricants exclusively
to lubricate all components.
Testing
The assembly is then tested utilizing a test
fixture (if applicable), designed to simulate the critical functions of the
native operating environment where possible.
All units are serialized and test results are
documented for future tracking, including;
